start day and length of stay. Short breaks & weekends available

Conditions
of Hire
All Prices in £ sterling Currency Converter. A deposit of
£100.00 for each week of your holiday must be sent when
you book. This is
non-returnable, although it will be transferred to an alternative
date. Please provide full names of ALL
members of your party.
Please state age if under 18.
The balance is due for
payment 4 weeks before the starting date of your holiday, together with
a £50 security deposit (refunded one week after your return home if the
chalet is left in a good condition) If you have to
cancel after that date, we will return the balance if we are able to
re-let the chalet. We advise that you take out holiday insurance to
cover this.
Provisional bookings may be
made over the phone. Dates will be held for 3 days to allow for receipt
of deposit.
Payment must be made in GB
Pounds either by cheque, postal order or
bank transfer. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to
" J.Trimingham ".
Bookings are Saturday to
Saturday, unless otherwise arranged. Short breaks by arrangement.
Bookings will be
acknowledged by e-mail, where possible, or post. Receipts will be
sent by post.
The price of the holiday
includes bedding and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. All electricity is metered.
£1 pound coins required.
The number of people staying
in the chalet must not exceed the number for which the booking was
made. The chalet sleeps a maximum of 6 people although there is room for
a baby in a cot if you bring your own travel cot. (For cot hire we
charge £10, please bring your own cot linen and
bedding).
You must take care of the
chalet and its contents and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on
departure.
The chalet will be available
from on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by on the
day of departure.
Final Cleaning - guests are required to leave their lodge and
contents 'as found' in a clean and tidy condition. You are
responsible for all damage or loss occurring to the lodge and its
contents during your occupation.
Keys will be left at the
chalet, on the day you arrive. Details for the key store will be
provided with the booking. Do not go to reception to pick up the keys.

Sorry no pets
allowed on the site, Smoking not permitted in the Chalet. .
