The well laid out 36 acre Park occupies a spacious, gently sloping wooded site in the village of Kingsdown and has views over the Channel coast. As the site is car free, it makes it ideal for children to play and explore the site.

The beach is a short stroll away, whilst in the park there is an attractive indoor swimming pool with a splash area for smaller children. This is only one of the parks many facilities listed below, free to residents on the Park with the exception of the crazy golf for which there is a small charge.
