The beautiful Kingsdown beach is just a five minute walk from the holiday village. The beach is safe for children and at low tide, Oldstairs Bay provides the perfect place to explore the hidden world of rock pools.

Guests can also enjoy use of the Clubhouse which offers a fully licensed bar & restaurant, as well as offering free internet access (wi-fi) and live entertainment, discos, quizzes and bingo. There is are a few shops in the nearby village of Kingsdown, including a Post Office, which can supply most of your needs. A supermarket and larger shops can be found in the nearby town of  Deal. A launderette is available on-site. 

The complex comprises a number of A-frame Scandinavian style lodges each with a sunny veranda leading through to a large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lodge can accommodate up to six people in 2-3 bedrooms.
